The source code of BestWebExtension is open source and licensed under the MIT License. You are free to view, modify, compile, and run the source code for any purpose, including commercial use, without charge.

Pre-built binaries, extension packages, and distribution builds are subject to the separate Binary Distribution License. These builds are proprietary and belong to BestWebExtension.

What You Can and Cannot Do

You agree to:

• Use BestWebExtension responsibly and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Respect the licensing terms: the source code is MIT-licensed (allowing modification and redistribution of source), while pre-built binaries require a valid license for commercial use.

No Redistribution of Pre-Built Binaries

You may not redistribute pre-built binaries, extension packages, or distribution builds without express written permission. This includes builds from the Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons, GitHub Releases, or any other source.

You may create and distribute your own builds from the source code under the MIT License, but you may not distribute them under the “BestWebExtension” name or any confusingly similar branding.

No Competing Products

You may not use BestWebExtension’s pre-built binaries to build a competing product or service.

Commercial Use
